Established in 2004 by Mr. Kitipong Ploytubtim , KTP Accessories Co., Ltd. produces
and distributes prong-type snap buttons, snap buttons, S-spring-type snap buttons, ring-springtype snap buttons, eyelets, rivets, jeans buttons and other garment and leather accessories, registered under the trade name of SELEX.

The current production capacity is 18,000,000 pieces/month . Each of the staff members is well trained, skilled and more than 10 years, direct experience in the business to ensure that the products meet international standards and environmentally friendly, thus safe to consumers. KTP product quality is certified with Hohenstein Textile Testing institute Gmbh & Co.KG and Intertex Testing Services Co., Ltd. Consequently, KTP products can be distributed to any countries in the world. Today, KTP Accessories are proud to have more than 300 customers in Thailand and overseas.

K.T.P. Safety Standard

In 2003, starter dealing in buttons, eyelets, rivets, etc. Total turnover was approximately 1 million baht. Company has 15 workers and more than 120 factory’s staffs. Dealing with various accessories and subsidiary materials over 10,000 items

Toward K.T.P. is developing new markets based on the key-words of health, ecology and safety.

Product Safety

a. Nickel allergy free
Almost every kind of metal has some possibility to cause an allergic reaction, nickel is deemed as the most problematic metal which is most likely to cause an allergic reaction but used very often in the everyday life. K.T.P. has made efforts and developed a plating method which uses no nickel at all. S E L E X brand can, without using nickel at all, produce a tone of color and brilliance very close to the traditional nickel plating and prevent no nickel allergic reaction.

b. Needle detector sensor free
Needle detectors have been using without trouble for the inspection of clothes like socks/underwear with no metal accessories attached. Recently they have become to be used more widely for the inspection of clothes with snaps, buttons, zippers and/or other metal accessories attached. Therefore, there has arisen a necessity to improve such metal accessories to be needle detector sensor free. S E L E X brand plating solves this subject as free from needle detector.

c. Heavy metal toxicity free
Each country has its own standards/requirements relating to toxic metals such as UK: BS5665 (EN71) part 3. Toxicity off metals is discussed basically in relation to dye stuff, paints and printing ink rather than metal coating surfaces. S E L E X brand snaps coating enamel are free from heavy metal toxicity.

a. Tensile strength
K.T.P. recognized that unexpected falling off snap fastener is not only a pity, but also may, in the case of babies wear, cause a grave trouble. It is also very important to receive detailed information from you sewing factories and buyers and guide you how to select correct snap fasteners. If our snap fasteners are correctly fixed, the requested figures of tensile strength will be easily cleared.

b. Pinch chart
This is information that K.T.P. provides for the correct fixing. Each size of S E L E X snap fasteners shows you basic pinch chart with and without fabric. It is also necessary to check regularly not only at the pre-production but also at the bulk production stage.

a. Selection of snap fasteners
K.T.P. will do the best selection of snap fasteners upon receipt of sewing specification and/or sewing samples (samples of real products).

b. Machines
K.T.P. provides all kinds of machines from semi-auto to full auto machines in accordance with your production scale. Installation test-run and regular maintenance will be arranged by K.T.P. Instruction manual book and machine parts list will also be arranged.
